While you are logged into your account in the GDS CATS mobile application, the welfare tracking system will be active.

While welfare tracking is active, your phone will periodically send your current GPS location and battery status to the GDS server operated by your monitoring or dispatch provider. This occurs in the background even if you are using other apps, so that we can monitor your safety for as long as you need it.

How this information is used and stored is governed by your contract or business arrangement with your GDS monitoring or dispatch provider. Please contact them for further information.

All tracking and background activity occurs only while you are logged into the GDS CATS app. As soon as you log out of it, all background activity and data collection ceases until you next log in again.
